  NEW Radical Concept: "Premium for Peanuts" Plan

  The logic is that you need your own designer, but can't afford to hire one full-time. With my plan, there is no set outcome of where the project should be when the 3 months is up. If the project is not finished by 3 months, your next 3 months will be discounted by 10%. This allows more flow and freedom for the project and eliminates a lot of hours spent on negotiating project scope and terms.

  
  

• What does the "Premium for Peanuts" Plan include and what are the turnaround times?

  The whole point of this system is to take all the stress out of strict project constraints. Throw whatever you need at me (within reason) and off we go!

  Services included in the "Premium for Peanuts" Plan:

  • Website re-design
  • Website planning / wire framing
  • Website graphic design
  • Facebook Page design
  • Management of all other add on services

  Add on services:

  • Programming
  • CMS integration
  • Front-end HTML/CSS coding
  • logo design
  • copy writing
  • SEO
  • Print materials
  • UI design (for projects beyond a business brochure/marketing site- like a web app or user interface intense, or e-commerce site, a UI specialist will be brought on)

  For these items you will be billed relative to each contractor on my team in addition to the "Premium for Peanuts" monthly rate.

  However Management / overseeing of these services by Daina Reed Web Design IS included:

  Management involves:

  Picking the right person on my team for the job weather it be front end coding, logo design, copy writing, SEO, print materials, or UI design (all of which are add on items to the base monthly rate) and then making sure it meshes with the design I've created.

  • For front end coding this means proofing the coder's work and that every pixel was coded correctly to look like it's supposed to and that all the hover buttons and link states are styled correctly.
  • For SEO it means designing the site in the way the Search Engine Optimizer suggests for optimum SEO.

  Turnaround times:

  • Wire frame design 1-3 pages: 5 business days
  • Initial homepage design off of wire frame: 10 business days
  • Revisions on design: 3 business days

  The quicker you move the more you save! All other add on services turnaround times will be determined at that point by each contractor (add on services such as coding, logo design, copy writing, SEO, print materials, and UI design).

  
  

  • Who is this suitable for?

    The monthly rate is suitable for sites that are business brochure sites or blogs. It is not suitable for heavy UI sites that need web app design. For big projects like that, Shahar Hesse (my UI and project manager for larger projects) and I will price it out as a project with goals or determine a custom payment plan for you.

    If we finish the project before 3 months is up, can the payments be stopped?

    YES! We will calculate how many days we worked since the last payment and that will be your final payment, and the automated charges will be cancelled. The minimum requirement is to pay at least one full month.

    Terms & Conditions

    Clients will be directed to an online purchase page and pay by Credit Card, which will be automatically charged once a month for the period of 3 months. Israeli based clients will be charged VAT (16%). There will be a standard contract to sign for each "Premium for Peanuts" project. The same process will be followed.

    This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

    Refund Policy

    If for some reason work is not produced at the turnaround times outlined in the terms of the contract- we will fully refund the cost of your order within 120 days from the purchase date.
